In 2007, Christian Chapel and Upward Soccer partnered with TOMS Shoes for a ‘Painted White’ event. Over 100 pairs of shoes were shipped to children all over the world that were without shoes. In June 2008, a team of 15 from Christian Chapel partnered with Convoy of Hope to minister to more than 4,000 people in Nicaragua, seeing more than 450 come to a relationship with Christ. In January 2009, a team from Christian Chapel partnered with Garret and Kelly Nichols to build a fresh water well for an entire Muslim village in Ghana. The team also had the privilege of seeing more than 50 Ghanaians baptized in the name of Jesus. In February 2010, a team of 13 joined Garret and Kelly Nichols for a second global outreach trip to Ghana.
