In 2007, Christian Chapel and Upward Soccer partnered with TOMS Shoes for a ‘Painted White’ event. Over 100 pairs of shoes were shipped to children all over the world that were without shoes. In 2007, Christian Chapel hosted David Batstone, founder of Not for Sale, with the desire to raise awareness and support for this ant-slavery organization. In June 2008, a team of 15 from Christian Chapel partnered with Convoy of Hope to minister to more than 4,000 people in Nicaragua, seeing more than 450 come to a relationship with Christ.
